The project builds an interactive, fully automated platform that creates dynamic knowledge and technology spaces to drive data‑driven regional development. By combining real‑time monitoring, technology trend analysis, and immersive knowledge environments, it equips regional stakeholders with a state‑of‑the‑art tool for informed decision‑making and strategic project planning, including cross‑border implementation. A deliberate cross‑border lens brings together best practices from North Westphalia and the Eastern Netherlands to co‑develop solutions to shared challenges such as climate action, digitalization, and sustainable development. Advanced big‑data and AI capabilities structure and continuously refresh information, keeping the platform scalable and future‑proof. SMEs gain low‑threshold access to knowledge, technologies, and networks, unlocking new market opportunities and strengthening competitiveness. The platform also cultivates an active business community and facilitates collaboration on projects with supra‑regional and international reach. By preserving and reusing the resulting data and insights, it enables new business models, products, and services that support long‑term value creation in the region. The lead partner is IHK Nord Westfalen. Partners are FH Münster, Zentrum für Niederlande-Studien, Twente Board and Oost NL.
