Join the TECH.LAND Delegation Trip to Estonia and discover one of Europe’s most dynamic ecosystems for defense technologies, cybersecurity and dual-use innovations.
Organized by TECH.LAND in cooperation with the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce, the delegation offers companies from the fields of defense, security, cybersecurity, robotics and innovative technologies exclusive insights into Estonia’s digital and defense ecosystem.
The four-day program in Tallinn includes company visits, institutional briefings and networking opportunities with leading Estonian stakeholders. Participants will gain valuable insights into digital security solutions, cyber defense capabilities, autonomous systems and innovative technologies while connecting with relevant companies, institutions and experts.
The delegation is designed for a limited group of approximately 15 participants to ensure focused exchanges and high-quality networking opportunities.
Highlights of the delegation include:
- Economic and defense briefings providing insights into the Estonian ecosystem
- Visits to leading technology companies and institutions
- Exchanges with organizations such as the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) and NATO DIANA
- Company visits including Nortal, CybExer Technologies, Frankenburg Technologies and Milrem Robotics
- Networking opportunities with Estonian business representatives and stakeholders

Registration & Travel Information
Please register by 21.08.2026 to secure your participation. As the number of participants is limited to approximately 15 participant places, registrations will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Following your registration, you will receive further details regarding arrival and departure arrangements, accommodation and catering.
The accommodation will be organized and booked by the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce. Flights and individual travel arrangements to and from Estonia must be booked independently by each participant.
The delegation trip is supported by Technologieförderung Münster, Twente Board, Oost NL and IHK Nord Westfalen.
