The Province of Overijssel and the Bezirksregierung Münster warmly invite entrepreneurs and business leaders to join a unique cross-border cycling tour dedicated to the theme: “Talent of the Future.”
This one-day event combines inspiration, knowledge exchange, and networking in an informal and active setting. Together, we will visit companies in the Dutch-German border region that are working on innovative solutions to key labor market challenges, including:

• Skills shortages
• Lifelong learning
• Attracting and retaining talent

What to Expect

Throughout the day, participants will:

• Gain insights from companies successfully addressing workforce challenges
• Exchange ideas with peers from both countries
• Explore practical approaches to attracting and retaining (international) skilled workers
• Engage in meaningful discussions about the future of the labor market

The program will offer a balanced mix of company visits, networking opportunities, and in-depth conversations.

Practical Information

• Bicycles can be arranged if needed
• Participation is free of charge
• In case of unfavorable weather, alternative transportation will be organized
