International Delegations visiting TECH.LAND Xperience
As part of TECH.LAND Xperience 2026, international delegations from Chile, Ukraine, and Finland were welcomed into the TECH.LAND network for an intensive four-day programme dedicated to energy technologies and industrial transformation.
The programme was designed with a clear ambition: to connect international stakeholders with leading players from research, industry, and innovation ecosystems in Germany and the Netherlands. By doing so, it aimed to foster knowledge exchange, showcase best practices, and initiate future collaborations in key fields such as battery technologies, hydrogen, and energy infrastructure.
Building Bridges Across Innovation Ecosystems
Global challenges require global collaboration. Bringing together experts from different countries and sectors creates unique opportunities to exchange perspectives and accelerate innovation.
The delegation programme enabled participants to engage directly with cutting-edge research institutions, innovative companies, and key stakeholders across the TECH.LAND ecosystem. This cross-border exchange is essential for driving forward the energy transition and developing scalable solutions.
Programme Highlights
March 10: Research & Innovation
The programme began with visits to leading research institutions, including the Advanced Manufacturing Center in Enschede, the Fraunhofer-Einrichtung Forschungsfertigung Batteriezelle FFB, and the MEET Battery Research Center.
Participants gained valuable insights into state-of-the-art battery research, advanced manufacturing processes, and the latest developments in energy storage technologies. These institutions are at the forefront of enabling the transition to more efficient and sustainable energy systems.
March 11: Industry & Application
On the second day, the focus shifted from research to real-world application. Delegates visited companies such as Hengst Filtration, Honeywell, and Evonik.
These visits provided a deeper understanding of how innovative energy solutions are implemented in industrial contexts. Discussions centered around practical applications, industrial transformation processes, and the challenges and opportunities of scaling new technologies.
The day concluded with networking opportunities in Münster, fostering new connections between international delegates and local stakeholders.
March 12: TECH.LAND Xperience 2026
The highlight of the programme was participation in the main TECH.LAND Xperience 2026 event.
Delegates engaged in conference sessions, explored exhibitions, and connected with stakeholders from across the TECH.LAND network. The event served as a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and inspiration, bringing together experts from research, industry, and policy.
March 13: CleanTech & Cross-Border Exchange
The final day was dedicated to clean technologies and cross-border collaboration. The delegation visited Cleantech Park Arnhem, where they exchanged insights with companies such as Deftpower and Elestor B.V..
The focus was on sustainable energy systems, energy storage solutions, and e-mobility. These discussions highlighted the importance of innovation ecosystems in accelerating the adoption of clean technologies and building a more sustainable energy future.
Outcome: Strengthening International Collaboration
The delegation programme successfully enabled direct exchange between international participants and the TECH.LAND network. It strengthened cross-border collaboration and opened new opportunities for cooperation in the field of energy innovation.
By connecting people, ideas, and technologies across borders, programmes like this play a crucial role in shaping the future of energy.
A Shared Vision for the Future
The energy transition is not a challenge any single country can solve alone. It requires cooperation, trust, and continuous exchange between global partners.
TECH.LAND Xperience 2026 demonstrated how international collaboration can turn ideas into action — and how innovation ecosystems can work together to build a more sustainable, resilient, and connected future.
