Their research focuses on integrating smart alloys and polymers, such as shape memory materials, to develop multifunctional products. This holds promise across diverse sectors, ranging from smart stent or bone implants in the medical field to intelligent morphing devices in aerospace, and smart actuators in automotive industries. This multidisciplinary effort involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including university researchers, scientists from diverse fields, industry R&D groups, and other key partners.
